Billing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account and billing with two clicks. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Your projects are never deleted when you cancel.
What happens to my projects if I move to a smaller plan?
They all stay in your account and you can still open, edit and export them. You just can't save new ones until you are under the plan's limit again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the billing page. Stripe works out the difference so you only pay for what you use.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not working for you, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. See the Terms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods where Stripe offers them in your country.
Do you have plans for schools or teams?
Not yet as a self-serve option. Write to us and we will set something up.
